These Terms of Service govern your use of DrillCheck (the "Service"), an AI-powered interview practice service provided by NESTOZ PTE. LTD. By using our Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

The Service provides the following features:

• AI-powered mock interview practice
• Resume and job description analysis
• Interview feedback and reports
• Session history storage (for registered users)

3. User Obligations

Users must not:

• Use another person's personal information or provide false information
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code

4. Uploaded Content

You retain all ownership rights to the resumes, job descriptions, and other content you upload. The Service uses uploaded content solely for AI interview practice purposes and will not share it with third parties without your consent.

You warrant that your uploaded content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for any claims arising from your uploaded content.

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once payment is completed, the validity period of your purchased plan begins immediately.

• 24-Hour Sprint: Valid for 24 hours from purchase
• 7-Day Pass: Valid for 7 days from purchase
• Monthly Plan: Valid for 30 days from purchase

6. Service Restrictions

We may restrict or suspend your access to the Service if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You intentionally interfere with Service operations
• You use the Service for illegal purposes

7. Disclaimer

The Service is an AI-based interview practice tool and does not guarantee actual interview results. We are not responsible for interview outcomes (acceptance or rejection) resulting from use of the Service.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms as needed. Changes will take effect upon posting within the Service. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you may discontinue use of the Service.
